Noxtradamas recording session 1-17-09

so a couple of weeks ago i headed out to my dude Noxtradamas' house to do some recording... for those who dont know, i was executive producer on his last album "Bridging the Gap"... Nox and I go waaaaay back, and hes one of my fav rappers in cleveland to be honest... people need to start gettin hip to him... his stories and lyrics always pull me in and kinda make me wanna start rapping again...

anyways, hes workin on his new album and mixtape and wanted me to come over and listen to what hes got so far, and write and record some hooks... and the shit hes got so far for this joint are alreading killing his shit from Bridging the Gap... so thats aaaaaaalways a good thing... i ended up recording i think 4 hooks, and i did a verse. haha the one pic of me with my hands up is when i finished the verse, it took me 4 ever to do it, so i was a lil excited...

well i just got back from cincinati, 4 hour drive there, 4 hour drive back… so i got alot of time to listen to sum music, and just be creative…

i just recently made a beat for Proph The Problem… so i threw that on a cd and listened to that joint a million times, and my man D. Roof sent me an advance copy of his new cd… so i listened to that 2 times… once down there, n once comin back… i like it a whole lot… roof has alot to say, n specialy with the world bein the way it is now, u know roof had to speak on sumthin

well for those who dont know, me n roof r workin on a EP together, sorta like me n Soul Kryziz's cd… i make the beats, roof raps… the catch with this cd is that roof wants all original beats… no samples, and for those who know roof… hes a sample head… so this is gonna be very hard bein able to make beats that roof can rap on… so stay tuned for this journey im about to go on
